A traditional singer, educator and psychologist working with a somatic approach. A certified trainer of the Polish Psychological Association and creator of the IN THE FLOW space – voice, body, songs from tradition. She learned singing and music directly from rural musicians and their families, including the Gacek and Met families. She sings, leads meetings and workshops, facilitates dance activities, and plays the basy and frame drum. She creates educational and artistic projects that bring traditional songs and music back into shared singing, play and intergenerational encounters. She leads workshops for adults, children and entire families. She is the initiator of projects including Laboratorium Zabaw Tradycyjnych, Introit and Rodzinna Orkiestra Burdalskich. She lives in Olsztyn and comes from Lublin, from a multi-generational farming family. She is the mother of three children who play music. In her practice, she follows the principle that traditional singing, old customs and shared play are a natural language for bringing people of all ages together.
