Arturas graduated from a pottery school in 1980. He uses local clay deposits and crafts his pieces using the potter’s wheel. He makes pots, bowls, jugs and decorates them in traditional Lithuanian patterns.  He is a member of  Lietuvos tautodailininkų sąjunga (Folk Artists’ Association),  a leading organisation gathering artisans who represent many fields of Lithuanian folk arts.
