Tadeusz Adamski’s passion for folk sculpture began in his childhood, rooted in the hours he spent watching his father and uncle at work. Throughout his life, he remained dedicated to traditional methods, carving wood with fundamental tools like axes, chisels, and knives. A member of the Folk Artists’ Association since 1978, his contributions to the craft were formally recognized in 2010 when the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage awarded him the medal “For Merits to Polish Culture.” He leaves behind a rich legacy of artistry and tradition.
