The Summer School of Tradition – jewellery | Registration

In five themed groups, participants will learn the secrets of processing materials required to make ornaments, as well as make their own Carpathian beaded jewellery and amber and brass ornaments. The students will also sew a gamerka cap and a highlander’s hat, as well as make a wedding wreath, a traditional part of Ukrainian female clothing. The workshops will be conducted by acclaimed folk artists from Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania, all enthusiasts and masters of their respective fields.
