Lyubov, a native of Kosov in the Hutsul region, hails from a lineage of folk ceramic artisans. Immersed in a rich tapestry of folk art from a young age, she developed a particular passion for jewellery making, a craft she has pursued since 2010. A graduate of the Lviv National Academy of Arts, Lyubov’s creative endeavours extend beyond her own artistry to encompass the research and promotion of Ukrainian folk traditions, including attire, adornments, textiles, ceramics, and painting.
In collaboration with her husband, Bogdan Rozputniak, Lyubov designs jewellery that pays homage to Ukraine’s cultural heritage. Their creations feature handcrafted ceramics and natural stones, often adorned with intricate, hand-painted patterns inspired by time-honored geometric motifs. She’s a member of the Association of Folk Artists of Ukraine. In 2019, she received a scholarship from the President of Ukraine.
