Do you have a knack for Instagram? Do you dream of working in marketing? Do you create Reels with viral potential? If so – this program is just for you!

What can you expect during a month of working with us?

  • 3 intensive workshops that will boost your theoretical knowledge.
  • 3 hands-on assignments – because learning works best through practice!
  • Working in a dynamic environment at the biggest festivals in Lublin!

You’ll become our Reels ambassador at one of the four biggest festivals in Lublin – or at all of them if you want! This time you can choose between Carnaval Sztukmistrzów (July 23–26) and Re:tradycja – Jarmark Jagielloński (August 21–23). Join our team and show the world what you can do!

Why should you join?

  • You will gain theoretical knowledge in marketing strategy, viral video editing, and the technical aspects of filming with a mobile phone;
  • you will put it into practice by creating content for one of the biggest festivals in Lublin;
  • you will develop soft skills such as teamwork, time management, and effective communication;
  • you will refine your journalistic talent by conducting interviews with artists or members of the event audience;
  • you will be at the very center of the organization of the biggest cultural events in Lublin;
  • you will meet people with similar interests;
  • you will feel the satisfaction of creating culture in your own city;
  • your participation in the program may count towards your student internship requirements;
  • you will receive a certificate of completion. This is not just a document – it is your gateway to future success in marketing and social media!

Who are we looking for?

  • People who are at least 16 years old (minors will require written parental consent);
  • people interested in culture and media, and in co-creating Instagram coverage of major cultural events;
  • people with skills in social media, photography, and mobile phone videography;
  • open, communicative, and confident in interacting with our audience.

Technical requirements: your own smartphone with internet access.

We meet at the Workshops of Culture in Lublin, Grodzka 7. The workshops take place in the afternoons, so you can easily combine them with school or university.

About the speakers

Dominika Filas | Communication and social media specialist with experience in promoting cultural events. Graduate of the Lublin University of Technology and the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. At Warsztaty Kultury, she is responsible for social media strategy and management for festivals, ensuring a consistent visual identity and effective reach to audiences.

Paulina Skipirzepa-Kamińska | 15 years of professional experience in marketing. She began her career at the PR agency ROmedia. Since 2017, she has been managing the Marketing Department at the public institution Warsztaty Kultury and developing and implementing promotional strategies for four of Lublin’s largest cultural festivals: Night of Culture, Different Sounds, Carnaval Sztukmistrzów, and Re:tradycja – Jarmark Jagielloński. She has also worked as an academic lecturer at the University of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin, teaching subjects such as PR and marketing campaign design.

Vlada Danylenko | Social media specialist. Graduate of Media Production at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. She began her career at the UMCS Academic Television TV UMCS, where she worked as a camera operator, produced video content (documentaries, reports, news), and covered academic events. At Warsztaty Kultury, she is responsible for managing social media and ensuring consistent online communication.
