Workshops | Straw dolls | Anna Olesiuk-Sawicka | age 5+ with a guardian | REGISTRATION

These are traditional Christmas decorations. The dolls are made from the upper part of rye straw – from the last node to the ear. During the workshop led by Anna Olesiuk-Sawicka, participants will first soak the straw and then fold, bend, and tightly tie it with thread to shape it into a doll. The final stage will be decorating it with a tissue-paper dress tied with a ribbon.
