The band Zawierucha faithfully continues the fiddle traditions of central Poland, and doubly so! The core of the band is made up of two talented fiddlers who cultivate traditional music – Kacepr Malisz and Marcin Drabik. The band is known for virtuosity, musical gusto and adherence to the fiddle tradition, grounded in Marcin Drabik’s years of training with village masters of fiddle music, including Jan and Piotr Gaca, Jan Kmita, and Tadeusz Jedynak.
