Ethnologist, museum educator, and enthusiast and researcher of traditions. For 25 years, she has been exploring, practising and promoting Polish traditional music. She learns about it through direct transmission from rural singers, dancers and musicians from the Radom region and Kujawy, as well as from archival recordings. On a daily basis, she works in education and event organisation at the Maria Znamierowska-Prüfferowa Ethnographic Museum in Toruń. She regularly leads her own singing sessions, dance workshops, traditional children’s games workshops and music-focused events for families. Co-creator of the Traditional Games Laboratory.
Enthusiast and practitioner of folk handicraft. Bassist and vocalist of the bands Zedel/Rosik/Domachowska, Kapela Wiesławy Gromadzkiej and Bodej Kapela, as well as singing groups MZK Toruń (2014–2018), Łęczycki Klub Śpiewaczy (2017) and Środa Kujawska (since 2024). Co-founder of the group “n obrotów” and the Traditional Music Forum. Editor of the muzykatradycyjna.pl portal. She likes it when things rhyme and keep the beat.
In 2026, she leads classes at the Summer School of Tradition organised by the Kultura Enter Foundation.
