Singer, percussionist, cultural studies scholar and culture animator, associated with traditional music for nearly two decades. She conducts field research in Poland (primarily in Podlasie and the Suwałki region), as well as in Ukrainian and Belarusian Polesia, where she learns directly from rural singers. She documents and performs traditional songs, develops repertoires and co-creates albums featuring source music. In her workshop practice, she combines stage experience with the practice of oral transmission – focusing on natural vocal emission, the power of collective singing and authentic sound. She co-creates the groups Z Lasu, Kapela Batareja, Biele and Polesie_PL. She is also a curator of concerts and editor of the muzykatradycyjna.pl portal.
