The Jagiellonian Fair (Polish Sign Language supported)
About
The Jagiellonian Fair is one of the key parts of the Re:tradition Festival. This three-day celebration of folk art and traditional crafts brings together the cultural heritage of many regions of Poland — as well as Lithuania, Ukraine, Hungary, and Romania. As every year, you can expect to find traditional weaving, painted Easter eggs, paper flowers, straw decorations, pająki chandelier-like mobiles, toys, basketry, ceramics, sculpture, and more.
The festival is a unique opportunity not only to admire and purchase exceptional works of folk art, but also to witness the mastery and skill of the artisans we invite. Many of them will give live demonstrations of their craft, and some will even become teachers for the day, guiding you through hands-on experiences in their respective techniques.
