Atanas Valkov – a Polish composer and pianist of Bulgarian descent; he has created music for various films and TV series, including “The King of Warsaw,” “The Last Family” (Canal+), “Deep Love” (HBO) directed by J. P. Matuszyński, “Belfer” / The teacher and “The Trap” directed by Ł. Palkowski, as well as “BODO” directed by M. Kwieciński. He is also the composer and music producer for the computer game VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE, BLOODHUNT. Atanas Valkov has composed music for the series of short films called “Legend Polskich” / “Polish Legends,” directed by T. Bagiński. He has also been involved in the production of Andrzej Wajda’s “Brief Chronicles of Time,” “Ambition,” and T. Bagiński’s “Czarna Polana”. He collaborated with the European Space Agency on the album “Ambition”, released to commemorate the groundbreaking Rosetta mission and the landing on the 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko comet. Atanas Valkov is the creator of the “Transoriental” project and the producer and composer of Kayah’s platinum album “Transoriental Orchestra.” He has received the FMF award for “Polish Music Score of the Year” for his work on the series “The King of Warsaw”.
