Since her childhood, Emilia has been singing, making crêpe paper flowers and weaving. But before she seriously took up weaving, she used to make Biłgoraj haircloths. Later, she began making Żerdź-style rugs.  In her work, she uses mostly scraps of materials and wool. She is a member of “Nasza Wieś” Association of the Puławy Club of Folk Artists. She’s a winner of many awards for her weaving and crocheting work,
