During the walk, we will visit selected stalls at the Jagiellonian Fair, and we will get to know the products presented there through audio description, conversation and touch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will explore the shapes, textures, materials and details of handmade objects. We will find out how the smooth surface of ceramics differs from the weave of a wicker basket, how traditional toys and decorations are made, and what touch alone can tell us about how they were created. We will also listen to stories about the work of the craftspeople, the techniques they use and the traditions from which the objects on display have grown.<\/p>\n<p>We invite blind and visually impaired people with their accompanying persons.<\/p>\n<p>Led by: Krystian Kami\u0144ski<\/p>\n<h2>Details<\/h2>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong> August 22 (Saturday), 15:00-16:00<br \/>\n<strong>Where:<\/strong> meeting point \u2013 the Festival information point at \u0141okietka Square<br \/>\n<strong>For:<\/strong> blind and visually impaired people with their accompanying persons<br \/>\n<strong>Registration:<\/strong> by email at <a href=\"mailto:wolontariat@warsztatykultury.pl\"><strong>wolontariat@warsztatykultury.pl<\/strong><\/a> by August 19 (Wednesday)<br \/>\nAdmission free<\/p>\n<p>In your message, please provide the first and last names of the participants, telephone numbers and information on whether assistance will be needed in reaching the meeting point or during the walk. During three August days and nights, Lublin transforms into the capital of living traditional culture.<\/p>\n<p>The festival program offers a wide range of attractions for both children and adults. It provides a unique opportunity to meet master artisans who, each year, showcase their exceptional handmade creations. Traditional music is also a key element of the Re:tradition festival, presented both in its authentic form and through the interpretations of contemporary artists.<\/p>\n<p>The festival also features evening dance parties with live music, workshops, exhibitions, performances, film screenings, and meetings.
