This young artist from Poltava specialises in dollmaking (motanki dolls), pysanky making and paper cut-outs. She has been involved in folk arts since 2009 ever since she took up art at university. She has taken part in many Ukraine-wide and regional collective exhibitions. She is also an approved member of the Folk Artists’ Association of Ukraine. Alona received an award of distinction at the Jagiellonian Fair 2013.
